What shall I do when the ordered goods have been damaged or are different from the ordered products?
Due to the nature of goods offered by us (mostly food products or products with specific expiry date), PolishMarket.ch does not plan for the possibility of their return in the cases other than damage or the difference between the goods ordered and received. Please consider your purchases carefully!
Our shop does its best and ensures that the whole order processing, starting from its placement to its delivery to the customer, goes flawlessly. However, sometimes, in spite of solid packaging and ensuring the all safety measures during delivery, situations as those described above may happen. In such an event, please report this fact to the supplier, prepare photographic documentation of products in his/her presence and then contact immediately the shop by phone (+41 762 02 13 65) or e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org), in order to gain further instructions.
